We utilize "green" ingredients that are environmentally responsible and sustainable. We can also use what you desire or recommend for your home.

Will you clean if someone is home?

Yes, if there is someone in the house we can work around them.  All of that would be worked out before we arrive.

What cities will Cascade Clean Team service?

We service homes and businesses in the North Bend, Snoqualmie, Preston, Fall City, and Issaquah areas.

Should I do anything before you arrive?

We ask that you please try to have dishes out of the sink/off the counters and remove clutter from the areas to be cleaned. We ask that you do this so that we can devote as much time as possible to cleaning your home or business.

Are you insured for janitoral services?

Yes, we are bonded, licensed, and insured.

What if I need something specific?

We understand that what is important to some isn’t important to all.  Every home and business should be able to customize what they would like done.  We offer a customized cleaning program to meet every need. Want the bathrooms cleaned less often? Maybe there are specific items or areas you want special attention given to? We can do that!

Will there be an initial interview to discuss what services I would like done?

We understand that communication is everything. Our initial interview of your home or business will document all that you want or need and what you don’t want or need. Regular followups and communication allow for all needs to be met.
